Since August 2016, PRAKSIS BCC has been funded exclusively by the Citi Foundation through the Pathways to Progress program, a job skills-building initiative that started in 2014 and addresses the persistent, global issue of youth unemployment. Since launching Pathways to Progress, the Citi Foundation has invested more than $275 million worldwide.  Through a holistic approach, combining  charitable donations of the Citi Foundation, volunteering activities of Citi employees, career development opportunities in Citi but also research and collaborations with reputable and recognized Organizations, Pathways to Progress aims to address the skills mismatch and equip young people, particularly those from underserved communities, with the skills and networks needed to succeed in today’s rapidly changing economy and build a stronger economic and sustainable future for all.
